Matthew Fornaro has been a business law attorney in Florida since 2003. Prior to starting his own law firm, he was a litigation attorney with Shutts & Bowen, LLP and Greenspoon Marder, P.A. Matthew practices complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, commercial and residential real estate disputes, antitrust matters, unfair competition, trade secrets and landlord-tenant disputes.
He also practices intellectual property law, UCC and creditor litigation, employment litigation, homeowner and condominium association representation, consumer finance and servicer representation for creditors, collection and post-judgment collection, escalated litigation assistance, and drafting and revision of business documents, including formation of business organizations. Matthew assists new business owners in choosing and drafting all legally required documents.
