Since 2003, Matthew Fornaro has served businesses and individuals throughout Coral Springs, Parkland, and the greater Broward County community as a trusted business law attorney. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, where he represents clients in matters such as contract disputes, commercial and residential real estate conflicts, antitrust and unfair competition claims, trade secret protection, and landlord–tenant disputes.
Matthew’s practice spans a wide range of business and civil matters. He advises clients on intellectual property law, UCC and creditor disputes, employment litigation, and the representation of homeowners and condominium associations. He also has extensive experience in consumer finance and creditor rights, including collections and post-judgment recovery, as well as handling escalated litigation. Beyond litigation, Matthew assists businesses with the drafting and revision of critical legal documents, guiding entrepreneurs through the formation of business entities and ensuring all required documentation is properly structured from the start.
